 The HR WET
water conservation education trailer has become a prominent presence at festival and
events throughout the Hampton Roads area. It is where you can learn
about water conservation in Hampton Roads, pick up water conservation tools, and even
take a water-hog quiz. When you attend an event, and see the trailer,
